Policies & FAQ
All orders placed after 9/16 will be shipped in the order that they are received beginning 10/7. Messages will be checked once per day for questions and/or custom order requests from 9/24 through 10/2.
Payment and Shipping
Payment is due at the time of order. Shipping is charged per order. All items within the United States are shipped via USPS at a flat rate of $4.75. Shipping for International orders is calculated based on destination.
Once your package is mailed we cannot be held responsible for it. Little Bit's Bow Boutique is not liable for lost or missing packages and will not reimburse orders when there is proof of shipping via USPS or another shipping service.
Customer is responsible for verifying address on order is correct. Customer may be subject to additional shipping costs if item is returned due to incorrect information provided. If customer accidentally checks out with an old or incorrect address, the order will be refunded and must be reordered with the correct address. Shipping address cannot be changed after order is complete.
Items are RTS (Ready To Ship) unless otherwise specified and will be shipped 5-7 business days after the order is placed. Custom orders have an estimated turn around time of 2 weeks and may be requested via the Contact Us page.
Returns & Refunds
Items may not be returned or refunded.
*Exceptions are at the discretion of Little Bit's Bows Boutique and may include a) the incorrect item was sent or b) item arrives broken/unacceptable (as defined by Little Bit's Bows Boutique).
Bows are available on either an alligator style clip, teethed alligator clip or a nylon headband. The nylon headbands are soft and stretchy, one size fits all from infant to adult. Bow tie attachments are available for medium sized bows. Other types of hardware may be requested but are not guaranteed.
Sezzle is unable to keep live inventory updated. Therefore, if you purchase with Sezzle, it could occasionally allow Little Bit's Bow Boutique to oversell an item. If this occurs, you will be contacted with a choice to receive a refund for the item or to select a replacement item.
